The keeper of the prison did not look into anything that was under Joseph’s authority, because the Lord was with him; and whatever he did, the Lord made it prosper. Genesis 39:23
Joseph’s circumstances were unfair, yet God’s presence never left him—not even in prison.
Sometimes we think God’s blessing only shows up in comfortable places, but Joseph’s life reminds us that the Lord is with us in hard seasons, too.
Even behind prison walls, God caused Joseph to prosper and gave him favor with others.
When life feels confining or disappointing, we can trust that God is still working faithfully behind the scenes for His purposes.
